Hitesh specializes in Corporate Laws & Taxation and FDI regulations. Having project managed 40+ fund raise/ M&A transactions for clients across sectors, his clear understanding of investment agreements, tax & regulations and immense practical experience has helped many startups complete transactions quickly and in compliance with all regulations.
He works closely with founders, providing strategic insights on transactions, term-sheet negotiation and managing cap-tables.

Bharath was a Founding Director at Rapidvise and lead the Indirect Taxes and Risk Advisory vertical. He has successfully advised large corporates with effective GST compliances and project managed complex GST refunds worth over INR 3 billion+. He has rich experience in handling internal audits, IFC and SOX audits for large corporates across sectors with complex operations and played key role in identifying risks along with advisory on mitigating such risks. Currently he’s associated with the firm as an Advisor on matters related to his area of expertise.
